Privacy notice
How We Fix Sliding Doors Melbourne handles the details you send us, in plain English. We are based in Melbourne.
What you send us
When you use the quote form we get your name, phone number, suburb, email, your message and any photos you add. We use them to reply to your enquiry and quote the job.
Visits and ad results
Like most websites, this one measures visits and which ads people arrive from, so we know what is working. That uses a random ID kept in your browser, not your name.
Google Ads
We use Google Ads conversion tracking. When you send the form, your browser shares a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email and phone number with Google, so we can tell whether our ads brought you to us. Google can't read it as text.
Meta
We also use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta that a visit or an enquiry happened.
Deleting your details
To ask what we hold, or to have your details deleted, call us on 0404 863 243 or reply to any email from us.
We never sell your details.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
